Prices are in USD and include applicable customer tax. There is no setup fee, free tier, or launch discount below these prices. An early customer's price is retained while the subscription stays continuously active. A returning customer pays the public price available at that time.
30 days without a card

Paid cancellation stops renewal and preserves full access through the paid-through date. The same 14-day grace and 30-day retention sequence then begins.
Owning Desktop as well
A Web customer becomes eligible for one non-cumulative $15 Desktop credit after the first successful, non-refunded Web payment. It does not stack with other Desktop discounts, so checkout shows the lower eligible price. Buying Desktop does not cancel Web.
An active paid Web subscription can supply Desktop maintenance/update eligibility after the Desktop entitlement is securely linked. Ending Web never revokes the permanent Desktop licence. Future-update eligibility ends at the Web paid-through date.
Exports and records
Web exports PDF, HTML, and CSV. A confirmed action can share a PDF through a supported device or email it to the account holder or the client's saved invoice recipients. RetainerMeter does not host public invoice links or keep an invoice-file archive. The email provider processes recipients and attachments. Customers remain responsible for checking invoices and retaining any records needed for business, tax, or legal purposes.
